GET INVOLVED IN THE FEEL GOOD FESTIVAL! 

We’re launching the Feel Good Festival, a high-energy, interactive community event designed to spotlight businesses in health, wellness, fitness, personal care, and healthy living — and we want YOU to be part of it.

This is a free-to-attend community celebration with indoor and outdoor activity zones, live demos, family-friendly activities, Pickle ball Tournament and an evening Glow & Flow evening fun.

Wellness Village: 10:10AM - 4:00PM

Evening Activities: 5:00PM - 8:00PM

Exhibitor selection considers business type, membership status, and space limitations.

 Applicants not selected will be notified at least three weeks prior to the event.

As an exhibitor in the Wellness Village, you’ll receive one 6-foot table to showcase your business and engage with attendees in meaningful ways. This is a great opportunity to connect with health-conscious consumers and raise visibility for your brand.

Here are a few impactful ways to get involved:

Host an interactive booth: Create a hands-on experience that reflects your products or services.

Offer product samples or free health screenings: Give attendees a taste of what you do best.

Lead a demo or mini-session : From fitness and movement to mindfulness and nutrition, short sessions help attendees experience your services firsthand.

Teach in a breakout seminar space: Share your knowledge through a seated presentation, workshop, or educational talk in our teaching area.

Opportunities for demos and seminars are limited. Gold Sponsors receive first priority. Remaining slots will be offered to Chamber member exhibitors from the health and wellness sector on a first-come, first-served basis.

EXHIBITORS for WELLNESS VILLAGE

Each exhibitor must host an engaging, interactive activity to engage visitors and enhance the Feel Good Festival experience. Anyone selling goods must have a Louisville Sales Tax License. Samples of healthy food or drink under 2oz is acceptable but no food sales are allowed.

Chamber Member Booth: $150

Non-Member Booth: $300

EVENT SCHEDULE & LOGISTICS WELLNESS VILLAGE EXHIBITORS

SET-UP & TEAR-DOWN

  • Exhibitor Setup: 8:45AM – 9:45AM 
  • Booth Setup Completion: By 9:45 AM
  • Event Duration: 10:00 AM – 4:00 PM
  • Tear Down: 4:00 PM – 4:45 PM (All exhibitors must vacate by 4:45 PM)

LOAD-IN & LOAD-OUT

  • Vendors must manage their own supplies and setup - 4-6ft tables only (Max 6ft Exhibitor Space)
  • The Chamber will not provide equipment or labor for moving exhibitor materials.
  • Loading areas will be busy with vehicles, staff, and other exhibitors. Please plan accordingly and bring necessary carts or assistance.
