The Chamber is partnering with the Colorado School of Public Health to host a Recovery Friendly Workplace Initiative® training on Nov. 19, 4:00–5:30pm. Learn how to support employee wellness, reduce stigma, and access free naloxone training + overdose response kits for your staff. Snacks provided!
By taking this course, you will learn how to:
- Define substance use disorder as a medical condition and recovery as a process of change.
- Identify the keys to success and potential obstacles for workplace-supported recovery.
- Understand employer perspectives for supporting employees in recovery in the workplace.
- Understand necessary workplace accommodations for successful return-to-work outcomes.
