We need your help to map cell service gaps in Louisville

Over the years, we’ve all experienced gaps in cell service throughout Louisville. The City is working to identify ways that we can work with service providers to improve coverage. Our first step is to better understand where cell service is consistently poor or unavailable.

We need your help! Please visit our Engage Louisville page and use the map to mark areas of town where you experience poor or no coverage. Duplication is encouraged — please place pins on areas where you've experienced poor or no service, even if it looks like others have already reported that area. The more data points, the better! This information will help the City understand where the major service gaps are and support conversations with City Council and service providers.
