📧 In the coming weeks, watch your inbox for details on how I’ll be communicating during this year’s Annual Enrollment Period (AEP). I’ll also be reaching out for plan reviews, and after October 1st (when 2026 plans go live), I’ll connect with clients and prospects who’ve asked me to review their coverage. Please note that we can make changes between October 15th - December 7th unless your plan is exiting in which case you have until December 31st to make a plan change.
⚠️ Scheduling Note This year will bring significant Medicare disruptions — plan exits and network changes — meaning many people will need to update their coverage. To manage the high demand, I’ll be streamlining appointment times. My scheduling link will be available soon, and all appointments must be booked online.
If your plan is exiting, you’ll receive a letter from your carrier in late September. Please keep and bring this letter to your appointment — it may open access to additional plan options, including Medicare Supplement (Medigap) policies. I’ll also be reaching out in the next week or two to those I know will need to make plan changes.
📢 A Quick Word of Caution Carriers, call centers, and telemarketers will soon be calling. If you make a change with them directly, I will no longer be your agent of record — meaning I cannot assist you or contact you directly.
Please know that I’ll take care of you and make time for you this season. If questions come up, reach out to me directly — I’m here to guide you and ensure you have the right plan in place.
Stay tuned for more updates soon. I so appreciate your trust in me to help with your Medicare coverage — I’ll make sure you’re well taken care of this season.
