Front & Center Progress Update

Front and Center final concept plan

The Chamber was delighted to participate in the Front & Center Focus Group, where we provided input and feedback on concepts for both Main Street and Front Street. We also worked closely with our partners and member organizations from the Street Faire and Farmers Market to support this exciting project.

The momentum is really building:

• On September 10, the project team presented the Front & Center final concept plan to the Louisville Revitalization Commission (LRC) for final comment and authorization to proceed into the detailed design phase.
• This updated concept plan incorporated several revisions identified during the August review of the preliminary plan.
• The LRC gave feedback on the proposed plan and authorized the project team to move forward with the next phase of detailed design.

We look forward to continuing to collaborate with the City, our members, and community partners to shape a vibrant future for downtown Louisville.
