Here's a preview of what Council will be discussing this week:

• Consideration of a resolution approving a Planned Unit Development for a new AdventHealth Louisville hospital campus at Redtail Ridge (Continued from July 21 meeting.)
• Consideration of an ordinance approving a General Development Plan Amendment for the Centennial Valley Business Park (2nd reading, public hearing)
• Consideration of a resolution approving a minor subdivision to combine 1008 Honeysuckle Lane and 1006 Honeysuckle Lane into a new lot
• A resolution designating the residence located at 1101 Main Street a historic landmark to be named the Caranci House and awarding a Landmark Grant Incentive
• A resolution approving a Focused Preservation and Restoration Grant and an Extraordinary Circumstances Grant for the James House located at 700 Pine Street

City Council considers written and oral comments equally. Email comments to Council received by 3 p.m. the date of the meeting will be included in the Council addendum and provided to each council member prior to the meeting. If you prefer to address Council in person, you may attend the meeting either in person or virtually.

Last night of Street Faire for '26 — Join us for The Dirty Turkeys!

Street Faire is wrapping up for 2026 this week. We sure will miss the sound of live music on Friday nights, but it's been another incredible season! Join us for one last hurrah this Friday, August 7 starting at 5:30 p.m.
