Here's a preview of what Council will be discussing this week:
Executive session for the purposes of discussing real property acquisitions.
(The following items will begin no sooner than 6 p.m.)
A presentation on the Housing Strategic Framework by Trestle Strategy Group, outlining their recommendations for prioritizing the use of approximately $2 million in Council-designated affordable housing funds.
An ordinance amending Title 17 of the Louisville Municipal Code regarding Inclusionary Housing (continued from 8/18 City Council meeting).
A presentation of the survey results from the Marshall Fire Remembrance survey and discussion/direction on the use of the City's dedicated Remembrance funds.
An ordinance extending and amending a contract for the lease and purchase of real estate at 1155 Pine Street.

Email comments to Council received by 3 p.m. the date of the meeting will be included in the Council addendum and provided to each council member prior to the meeting. If you prefer to address Council in person, you may attend the meeting either in person or virtually.

Empire Road closed at Coal Creek for bridge work
Closure in place through November; Residents and local business access only
Empire Road is closed at the bridge over Coal Creek so crews can work on bridge repairs. The road closure is expected to last through November. Please follow detours and plan accordingly.
This is a Boulder County project, managed by the Mile High Flood District, to rehabilitate the bridge and stream.
