Discussion/direction of a contract between the City and the Main Street Louisville Business Improvement District to run and operate the downtown ice skating rink for the 2025-2026 season. Consideration of a proposal from the Boulder Office of Disaster Management (ODM) to join Boulder ODM and receive disaster management services. Consideration of two separate design proposals for the South Street Underpass Project: Option A design includes an underpass that would close South Street to vehicles. Option B design includes exploration of options to keep South Street open to vehicles. Consideration of an ordinance that would update the City's Natural Medicine regulations to match State law by changing how the 1,000-foot buffer from schools and childcare facilities is measured.
